The following list is a breakdown of rules and regulations that are goverened by the HOA/Board of Directors and does not supercede the Covenants or any current written rules. It is intended to serve as guidance, as instructed by the Association's attorney.

  • Shingles and exterior paint* (section 5.02 C of the Covenants)
  • Fences and hedges* (section 3.21 of the Covenants)
  • Trees, Lawns and weeds (section 3.19 of the Covenants)
  • Garage and sheds (No metal sheds)* (section 502 C of the Covenants)
    (Portable Buildings placed on a homeowner's lot may not exceed 200 sq. ft of floor space.)
  • Clotheslines and garbage containers (section 6.05 of the Covenants)
  • Outdoor lighting* (section 3.07 of the Covenants)
  • Home businesses
  • Un-licensed motor vehicles - includes golf carts, 4-wheelers, off road vehicles, motorcycles, go-carts, etc, (section 3.11 of the Covenants)
  • Parking on the front lawns or any posted areas (section 3.27 of the Covenants)
  • Rental property (as explained in section 3.26 of the Covenants)
  • Any changes that effect the exterior architectural design of your home or property* (section 5.03 of the Covenants)

* - Needs Architectural Committee approval
